MEET DETAILS
The meet will be an unsanctioned raw deadlift only meet. Our goal is to keep this meet as simple as possible to raise as much as we can towards the scholarship, so we are only doing awards for the top male and female coefficients and then the top male and female heaviest pull of the night . We will be scoring using the Glossbrenner formula.

After purchasing your ticket, it will act as your meet entry and you will receive an automatic PDF download. Open this and click the link to the form so we can get your openers and tshirt size. Weigh-ins will be the day of competition from 3pm-6pm at Unleash'd Strength Gym. Rules Meeting at 6pm. Lifting starts at 7pm. Standard competition rules apply, and flights will be grouped based on bar weight ascension.

On October 16th join us as 11 of the strongest benchers in history sit down together to talk bench and answer YOUR questions. Everyone on this expert panel holds multiple equipped bench records and knows a thing or two about how to build big benches.
The Virtual Panel:
Each person who buys a ticket to this event will have a chance to ask questions when they checkout that we will go over on the webinar, as well as an open chat during the show! Once you sign up a zoom link will be emailed the morning of the event to all those who purchased a ticket. Once the show is over you will also have access to the recording via a private Youtube video. All proceeds for this go directly to the Kolbstrong Scholarship for young powerlifters!

Meet held in person at Unleash'd Strength Gym in Manassas Park, VA!
The meet will be an unsanctioned RAW Iron Man event featuring the bench and deadlift. Our goal is to keep this meet as simple as possible to raise as much as we can towards the scholarship, so we are only doing awards for the top male and female coefficients. We will be scoring using the Glossbrenner formula.

VIRTUAL MEET ENTRY
We are proud to host our first official fundraising event for the Kolbstrong Scholarship, and we know that support spreads further than our local area, so we wanted to extend the competition to all who want to join via a virtual event!
The online meet will be an unsanctioned RAW Iron Man event featuring the bench and deadlift hosted through a private Facebook group. Our goal is to keep this meet as simple as possible to raise as much as we can towards the scholarship, so we are only doing awards for the top male and female coefficients. We will be scoring using the Glossbrenner formula.
After purchasing your ticket, it will act as your meet entry and you will receive an email within 48 hours with a link to the group. Weigh-ins will be the day of competition and you will be provided a password via the group to say in a video during your weigh in. You will submit three videos in the groups: your weigh in, your best bench, and your best deadlift. There will also be a password given day of to say in your lifting videos to assure that all lifts were done that day. We will have three judges in the group to give you red or white lights within 24hrs of submission. More rules and information will be provided in the group!
